Terms & Conditions

By enrolling your child in classes at Citrus Workshop, you agree to the following terms.

1. Enrollment & Payment
Classes are booked and paid for in advance through our online booking system. Full payment is due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise noted for monthly or package plans.

2. Cancellation & Makeup Policy
Refunds are available if you cancel at least 3 days before your child's first scheduled class. Once enrolled, we ask that you commit to attending the full session, since our small group sizes mean we're unable to offer makeup classes for missed sessions.

3. Assumption of Risk
Sewing involves the use of machines, needles, pins, scissors, irons, and other tools that can cause injury if not used carefully. By enrolling your child, you acknowledge this risk and agree that Citrus Workshop, its instructors, and staff are not liable for minor injuries that may occur during normal, supervised classroom activity, provided reasonable care and instruction have been given.

4. Code of Conduct
We ask every student to treat instructors, classmates, and equipment with respect. Citrus Workshop reserves the right to dismiss a student from class, without refund, if their behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful toward others.

5. Photo & Media Release
From time to time, we may photograph or video classes for use on our website, social media, or marketing materials. By enrolling, you consent to your child's image being used in this way unless you notify us in writing that you'd prefer to opt out.

6. Student Projects & Materials
All supplies are included in the cost of class. Finished projects belong to the student. Citrus Workshop may photograph completed projects for promotional use as outlined above.

7. Health & Safety
Please keep your child home if they are feeling unwell, running a fever, or showing symptoms of illness. We ask this out of respect for the other students and instructors in our small-group classes, where everyone works closely together. If your child needs to miss a class due to illness, please let us know as soon as possible.

8. Changes to These Terms
Citrus Workshop may update these terms from time to time. Continued enrollment after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
